The Coaching Relationship

A coaching relationship requires trust and commitment from both sides.

The results of the coaching sessions(s) are dependant on your following the instructions that your coach gives you as they guide you through generally accepted coaching practices and, as necessary, through the processes of NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy. The responsibility for making the processes work for you is solely yours – no one else can do it for you!

The long-term results of the coaching session are also dependant upon your completing whatever homework or tasking your coach gives you, and on you focusing on what you want rather than what you don’t want.

You should also be aware that coaching in no way replaces a diagnosis or advice from a medical doctor or psychiatrist, and that your coach is not a mind reader and cannot assist you in resolving issues you don’t share with him!

In return, I will agree to conduct all my dealings with you in a professional manner and in accordance with the ANLP International Code of Ethics (click link for further info), and that you either get the result agreed, in the time the time I estimate, or I will work with you until you do.

There is no point in having a coach, ANY coach, unless you’re prepared to COMMIT TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to work through your issues. If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you always got. If you’re happy with that, fine. If not, then TAKE ACTION NOW!
