How Tele-Coaching Works

A coaching relationship requires trust and commitment from both sides.
The results of the coaching sessions(s) are dependant on your following the instructions that your coach gives you as they guide you through generally accepted coaching practices and, as necessary, through the processes of NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy. The responsibility for making the processes work for you is solely yours – no one else can do it for you!
The long-term results of the coaching session are also dependant upon your completing whatever homework or tasking your coach gives you, and on you focusing on what you want rather than what you donít want.
You should also be aware that coaching in no way replaces a diagnosis or advice from a medical doctor or psychiatrist, and that your coach is not a mind reader and cannot assist you in resolving issues you donít share with him!
In return, I will agree to conduct all my dealings with you in a professional manner and in accordance with the ANLP International Code of Ethics (click link for further info);and that you either get the result agreed, in the time the time I estimate, or I will work with you until you do.
There is no point in having a coach, ANY coach, unless you’re prepared to COMMIT TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to work through your issues. If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you always got. If you’re happy with that, fine. If not, then TAKE ACTION NOW!

I prefer to use Skype for coaching calls. If you haven’t got a Skype account, why not?! It’s free, and you can talk worldwide Skype-to-Skype for free on your Mac or PC. It’s also very easy to use.

Unless your PC or Mac has a built-in microphone and speakers, you will need a Skype headset. These are relatively cheap and are readily available. If you’re stuck, try Radio Shack or Maplin or Amazon or the Skype store.

Skype software can be downloaded free from www.Skype.com.

My Skype id is: martin-wright.com, or look up Martin Wright, Birmingham, UK.

The alternative is for you to call me on my O2 mobile phone. This can be expensive, but is still an option that some clients prefer. I don’t use a landline because I’m not always in the office.

The tele-coaching session is conducted via Skype (audio) or over the phone, at a time we agree in advance via email. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes, and will be followed-up that day with an email detailing the actions we’ve agreed. At the end of the session we’ll also agree a date and time for the next call.

Payment for Tele-Coaching is via PayPal. Click HERE to access payments page.
